Zion supports Bryan and Jamie O’Donnell in Japan. Bryan and Jamie were active members at Zion for several years during college. In his staff position with the Navigators, Bryan visited Japan, where he developed a deep longing to minister the gospel of Christ.

Bryan and Jamie left Zion for full-time ministry in Japan in 2008. Their first two years will be spent in Shizuoka studying language with Natsuko-sensei. (Their son Jones will probably pass his parents in Japanese language skills.)  Following language school, they will be working with students at a Japanese college through a Navigators’ B.E.S.T. club.

Their basic term with the Navigators is for ten years, though they are willing to give their lives to the Japanese for as long as the Lord desires.
